GIS
Software from MicroImages Inc.
TNT
Products from MicroImages Inc.
run
on the computer you already have and are ready for the best new
computer you can get from any manufacturer. Use a PC with Windows,
Macintosh or Power Macintosh with MAC OS or UNIX (including Linux)
workstation from Sun, HP, Silicon Graphics, IBM, DEC or DATA General.
TNTmips offers exactly the same user interface and features set
on every type of computer.
TNTmips
is
a professional system for fully integrated GIS, image processing,
CAD, TIN, desktop cartography, and geospatial database management.
Among its many applications, TNTmips is used to prepare a wide variety
of materials for use and distribution with other TNT products.
TNTedit
provides
professional interactive tools to create, georeference, and edit
project materials consisting of vector, image, CAD, TIN, and relational
database objects. TNTedit can access geospatial data in a wide variety
of commercial and public formats.
TNTview
has
all the same powerful display features for complex visualization
and interpretation of geospatial materials as TNTmips. TNTview is
perfect for those who do not need the technical processing and geodata
preparation features of TNTmips, but who nonetheless need flexible
access to the TNT project materials in their organization.
TNTsdk
is
a software development kit for computers equipped with a full TNTmips
license to create custom processes for distribution and use with
TNTmips, TNTedit, or TNTview. TNTsdk provides MicroImages and Motif
libraries of several thousand C functions. TNTsdk is updated without
charge with each release of TNTmips. Access to the online
TNTsdk documentation requires a license and password.
TNTlite
has
all the features of TNTmips, TNTedit and TNTview. The only differences
are (1) geodata object size is limited, and (2) export processes
are disabled.
TNTserver
Publish
your massive image and map geodata for fast viewing and analysis
on the Internet or within your enterprise. TNTclient is a Java-based
applet downloaded into a browser to provide access and interaction
with the TNTserver.
TNTatlas
is
a product that lets you publish and distribute your spatial materials
on CD-ROM. TNTatlas CD's contain multiple versions of the software
so that a single CD can be used on any popular computing platform.
TNTatlas stacks are prepared with the HyperIndex® feature
in TNTmips.
System and Hardware
Requirements
The
entire TNT product line is available for Windows, Macintosh, and
UNIX (including LINUX) platforms. The version for every platform
contains exactly the same feature set, and TNT Project Files are
transparently portable: the same files can be used by different
computer types without conversion.
